Soul Flowing(soulflowing.org, 이하 '본 사이트')은 권오성(Ocean Kwon, 이하 '안내인')이 운영하는 '마음 속 대화'(Spiritual Direction)와 마음 자각을 위한 플랫폼입니다. 본 방침은 본 사이트를 방문하시거나, 첫 만남을 예약하시거나, 카페(커뮤니티)에 가입하시거나, '마음 속 대화'에 참여하시는 분들의 개인정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·보호하는지 설명합니다.

2. 수집하는 정보

첫 만남 예약 및 이메일 문의

Calendly 예약 시 이름, 이메일 주소, 선택하신 시간, 예약 화면에 직접 적어 주신 내용을 받습니다. 이메일로 문의하시면 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 받습니다. 이 정보는 첫 만남을 준비하고 이후 연락을 드리는 데에만 사용됩니다.

카페(커뮤니티) 가입

이메일 주소, 회원 아이디, 비밀번호(암호화하여 저장)를 수집합니다. 성찰 퀴즈에 참여하시면 그 응답과 결과도 함께 저장됩니다.

마음 자각 앱 기기 간 동기화

앱의 기기 간 동기화를 사용하시면 아이디, 비밀번호(암호화하여 저장), 성찰 기록이 저장됩니다. 성찰 기록은 사용자의 기기에서 암호화된 뒤 전송되므로, 안내인을 포함해 누구도 그 내용을 볼 수 없습니다.

후원(기부)

후원은 PayPal의 공식 후원 페이지를 통해 이루어집니다. 카드 번호, 계좌 정보 등 결제에 필요한 정보는 PayPal이 직접 처리하며, 본 사이트로 전달되거나 저장되지 않습니다.

자동으로 수집되는 정보

본 사이트는 Google Analytics를 사용하여 방문 통계(방문 페이지, 대략적 지역, 기기 종류 등)를 익명으로 집계합니다. 이 정보는 개인을 특정하지 않으며, 사이트 개선 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

4. '마음 속 대화'의 비밀보장

'마음 속 대화'에서 나눈 내용은 여행자의 동의 없이 누구에게도 공개하지 않습니다. 다만 본인이나 타인의 생명·안전에 급박한 위험이 있거나 법률이 공개를 요구하는 경우는 예외로 하며, 이 경우에도 필요한 최소한의 범위로 한정합니다. 이것은 1,700여 년 이어져 온 영성지도 전통이 가장 소중히 지켜 온 약속입니다.

5. 이용하는 외부 서비스

Calendly — 첫 만남 예약과 확인 이메일 발송을 처리합니다.
Netlify Forms — 카페 게시글 제출을 처리합니다.
Supabase — 카페 회원 계정(아이디, 암호화된 비밀번호, 이메일)과 마음 자각 앱의 암호화된 동기화 기록을 저장합니다.
PayPal — 후원 결제를 처리합니다.
Google Meet — '마음 속 대화' 회기의 화상 통화에 사용됩니다.

6. 보관 기간과 삭제 요청

수집한 정보는 목적을 다할 때까지, 또는 관련 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다. 카페 계정과 게시글, 앱 동기화 기록은 탈퇴나 삭제를 요청하시면 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 본인 정보의 열람, 수정 또는 삭제를 원하시면 언제든 아래 이메일로 요청하실 수 있습니다.

다만 마음 자각 앱의 동기화 기록은 사용자 기기에서 암호화되어 안내인도 내용을 볼 수 없으므로, 삭제만 가능합니다. 익명 방문 통계(Google Analytics)와 PayPal이 보관하는 결제 정보는 각 서비스의 방침을 따릅니다.

7. 만 18세 미만 이용자

본 사이트와 '마음 속 대화'는 성인을 대상으로 합니다. 만 18세 미만으로부터 의도적으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

1. Overview

Soul Flowing (soulflowing.org, "the Site") is a platform for Spiritual Direction and inner reflection run by Ocean Kwon ("the Guide"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information of those who visit the Site, book a first meeting, join the Café community, or take part in Spiritual Direction.

2. Information We Collect

Booking and Email Inquiries

When you book through Calendly, we receive your name, email address, the time you choose, and anything you write in the booking form. If you email us, we receive your email address and message. This is used only to prepare for our first meeting and to follow up with you.

Café (Community) Membership

We collect your email address, a member ID, and a password (stored encrypted). If you take a reflection quiz, your responses and results are stored as well.

Reflection App Cross-Device Sync

If you use the app's cross-device sync, your ID, password (stored encrypted), and reflection history are stored. Your reflections are encrypted on your own device before upload, so no one — including the Guide — can read their contents.

Donations

Donations are made through PayPal's official donation page. Card and bank information needed for payment is handled directly by PayPal and is never transmitted to or stored by the Site.

Automatically Collected Information

The Site uses Google Analytics to gather anonymized visit statistics (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This information does not identify you personally and is used only to improve the Site.

To create and authenticate Café accounts, and to store and display reflection quiz results
To understand how the Site is used, so we can improve the experience

We do not sell or share the information we collect with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Confidentiality of Spiritual Direction

What a traveller shares in spiritual direction is never disclosed to anyone without their consent — except where there is an imminent risk to the safety of the traveller or another person, or where the law requires disclosure, and even then only to the minimum extent necessary. This is one of the oldest and most cherished promises of a tradition that has been kept for some seventeen hundred years.

5. Third-Party Services We Use

Calendly — handles first-meeting bookings and confirmation emails.
Netlify Forms — processes Café post submissions.
Supabase — stores Café member accounts (ID, encrypted password, email) and encrypted Reflection App sync data.
PayPal — processes donations.
Google Meet — used for video calls during spiritual direction sessions.
Google Analytics — collects anonymized visit statistics.

Each of these services handles information under its own privacy policy.

6. Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to fulfil its purpose, or as required by applicable law. Café accounts and posts, and app sync data, are deleted promptly when you ask to leave or request deletion. You may request to view, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing us below.

Because Reflection App sync data is encrypted on your device and cannot be read even by the Guide, it can only be deleted, not viewed or corrected. Anonymous visit statistics (Google Analytics) and payment information held by PayPal are governed by those services' own policies.

7. Users Under 18

The Site and Spiritual Direction are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. When it is, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
